Aside from all the benefits of activated almonds, walnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, this special blend is created in collaboration with Margherita, Naturopath at Natural Health Medicine, with the aim to produce a healthy and flavoursome breakfast option filled with good fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals for a great start to the day!

Nurish Activated granola is enriched with superfoods such as goji berries, Organic Chia seeds and spiced with organic cinnamon to boost the natural sweetness these ingredients have to offer. 

 

Nurish Activated Activated Granola makes a beautiful breakfast with your choice of (vegan) yoghurt, fruits or smoothie bowl. It can also be enjoyed as a delicious and nutritious snack any time of the day when you crave something sweet!

Nuts, seeds and coconut offer an abundance of good fats. Nurish granola is the perfect vegan source of  these saturated fats, which are critical for healthy brain and nervous system function and metabolism.  

Goji Berries


Filled with zinc, iron, copper, calcium, vitamin E and B-vitamins, goji berries boost immune function, increase alkalinity and vitality. These anti-aging super berries have anti inflammatory properties and help improve blood quality.

Chia Seeds


Offering a great source of fiber, antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids and essential minerals, chia seeds are complete protein source and may contribute to regulation of blood sugar levels.

Coconut


Anti-fungal, antimicrobial and antiviral, coconut helps improve vitamin and mineral absorption and stabilises blood sugar.
